WHO NEEDS THIS?
Anyone looking for a glossy, moisturizing balm! There's a very gentle flush of colour, but not enough pigment to replace a lip stain or lipstick.
HOW DO I USE IT?
Apply to lips whenever they feel dry or parched. You can use it on top of your favourite lipstick for a subtle gloss.
